Job Summary**

The Operations Program Manager at Hyve Solutions Corporation will lead and manage complex operational programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. This role focuses on optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and delivering high-quality solutions across various operational functions.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop, plan, and execute operational programs, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication throughout the program lifecycle.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
* Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on program status to stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain robust program management methodologies and best practices.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operational processes, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
* Manage program budgets, resources, and vendor relationships effectively.
* Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts to ensure program success.
* Ensure programs comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
* Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders on program updates and outcomes.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, and/or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management, preferably within a technology or manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional programs.
* Strong understanding of operational processes, supply chain management, and logistics.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
* Proficiency in program management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* PMP or equivalent program management certification is a plus.
