We are looking for a Manager of System Integration Test with strong experience in Telecom Quality Engineering, Test Automation and Network Management Systems.
Key Requirements
15+ years of experience in Software QA, Test Automation, and Quality Leadership.
Strong telecom domain expertise in GPON, XGS-PON, EPON, OLT, ONT/ONU, and broadband technologies.
Experience with OMCI, NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, TR-069/TR-369, REST APIs, and NMS/EMS platforms.
Hands-on experience in automation using Python/Java, Robot Framework, PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and test infrastructure.
Proven experience leading QA teams, defining test strategies, and driving quality across the SDLC.
Exposure to AI-assisted testing and modern quality engineering practices is a plus.
Leadership Skills
Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing QA teams.
Strong ownership mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional product quality.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive a quality-first culture.
Strong communication skills with the ability to balance technical leadership and hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
Experience with telecom vendors such as ADTRAN, Nokia, or similar organizations preferred.
