Join Our Team as a Senior Talent Acquisition I – Drive Exceptional Talent Strategies!

Are you passionate about sourcing top talent, building b candidate relationships, and delivering impactful recruitment solutions? We are looking for a talented Senior Talent Acquisition I to join our Talent Acquisition team within the broader Human Resources function. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying and securing the best professionals, technical experts, and managers for our organization—helping us build a world-class team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview and recommend placement of candidates for professional, technical, and managerial positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Lead and manage significant recruiting projects, including vendor management and special initiative recruiting efforts such as field sales recruitment.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• May recruit executive-level employees and contribute to high-level talent acquisition planning.
• Apply professional expertise and judgment with growing independence on projects and assignments.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and agencies to ensure quality and timely candidate pipelines.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates and promote our organization as an employer of choice.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated ability to interview and recommend candidates for a range of positions, from professional to managerial, and occasionally executive roles.
• Experience managing significant recruitment projects, including vendor relationships and special hiring initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to work independently on projects, applying professional or technical expertise to drive results.
• Commitment to delivering a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Ideal Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial roles; executive recruiting experience is a plus.
• Prior involvement in managing vendor relationships or leading special recruiting initiatives.

• Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and recommending candidates.
• Project management skills, with the ability to oversee and deliver on significant recruiting initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and interpret recruitment metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
