Compensation: $15–$22/hour, based on experience
What You'll Do
- Assist veterinarians with appointments, diagnostics, and treatments
- Provide safe, compassionate patient restraint and handling
- Obtain patient histories and document medical records
- Prepare exam rooms and treatment areas
- Collect laboratory samples and assist with in-house diagnostics
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Assist with surgery, dentistry, anesthesia, and patient recovery
- Monitor hospitalized patients and communicate changes to the medical team
- Educate clients on medications, preventative care, and discharge instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital
- Support an exceptional experience for every client and patient

Veterinary Technicians with LVT, RVT, or CVT credentials are encouraged to apply; experienced non-credentialed technicians are also welcome. Experience with laboratory diagnostics, radiology, dentistry, surgery, or anesthesia monitoring is a plus.
This is an active, hands-on role requiring the ability to lift and restrain animals up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout the hospital. Team members should be comfortable safely handling animals of varying sizes and temperaments, including fearful or fractious patients, and working around animal dander, bodily fluids, cleaning products, medications, and other veterinary hospital materials while following appropriate safety, sanitation, and PPE protocols.
