Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro Lead Consultant to design and deliver modern digital insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in Producer Engage, Jutro, React, and TypeScript with strong technical leadership and solution design capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Guidewire ProducerEngage / Jutro applications.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Configure Jutro pages, layouts, workflows, themes, and components.
• Integrate digital applications with PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter through REST APIs.
• Lead solution design, technical discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD, releases, deployments, monitoring, and production support.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Architecture, QA, and Engineering teams.
• Own technical delivery and lead multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Guidewire Jutro Framework
• React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS
• REST APIs and integrations
• Git and CI/CD practices
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Agile / Scrum experience

Required Certification

• Guidewire Jutro Associate Certified Developer

Preferred Experience

• P&C Insurance domain experience
• Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter integrations
• Experience with CI/CD and automated deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and production support
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and Digital applications
