- Damage Assessment: Visually estimate damage to vehicles.
- Documentation: Complete estimate sheets to document damage and repair requirements. Itemize parts and materials needed.
- Cost Calculation: Calculate labor and painting costs to determine the total repair cost.
- Repair Orders: Assign repair orders to the Production Coordinator.
- Quality Control: Evaluate repair quality by Technicians and ensure compliance with standards.
- Insurance Coordination: Understand insurance company estimates and check for accuracy.
- Parts Management: Complete parts order sheets, explore alternative sources for hard-to-locate parts, and verify delivered parts.
- Payment Handling: Receive payments from customers and insurance companies, coordinating with the Body Shop Receptionist.
Requirements
