We are seeking a Production Planner with strong analytical and organizational skills to support production scheduling, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring service and efficiency targets are met.
About the Role
As a Production Planner, you’ll transform forecasts into action—balancing priorities, resources, and timelines to keep production running smoothly. It’s a dynamic, hands-on role with real impact, ideal for someone ready to grow in a collaborative, international environment.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute production plans to balance customer demand, capacity, and resource availability.
Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying opportunities and risks to ensure operational efficiency.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and other stakeholders to align forecasts, schedules, and inventory levels.
Support new product launches, product transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in SAP to ensure reliable production planning and reporting.
Planning and prioritizing daily operations to maximize efficiency and minimize delays.
Who You Are
University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Communicating fluently in English.
Experience in planning within a high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.
Excellent Excel skills. Knowledge using Power BI and SAP are a plus.
Excelling in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
Driving performance with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
