Overview
General analyst working in quality in the Little Island site.
This is a temporary basis opportunity for up to 9 months.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and timely testing of products in accordance with PepsiCo standards and procedures
- Prepare samples for analysis
- Registering QC samples in the laboratory management systems accurately
- Ensure the accurate and timely analysis and disposition of products in compliance with ISO17025 accreditation
- Meticulous attention to sample data entry and preparation
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as required.
- Maintain all relevant records and samples in an organised system for quick and effective access to information with a particular focus on trace-ability
- Adhere to safe lab practices and GLP
- Organise the replenishment of relevant laboratory supplier
- A requirement of this role is that all PepsiCo Health and Safety requirements are adhered to.
Qualifications
- BSc in food science or equivalent
