Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for corporate accounts, particularly in the
Marine & Logistics business. Conduct market and customer analysis, support scheme
and product development, and build relationships with prospects, clients, insurers,
and reinsurers to help penetrate new opportunities and retain existing customers.
• Assist the Corporate Account Team by visiting clients, strengthening relationships,
delivering presentations, and presenting strategies to encourage clients to engage or
extend company services. Maintain client relationships during policy renewals and
provide support for any additional requirements throughout the policy period.
• Contribute to production targets across all insurance classes (excluding Motor Dealer
Scheme and Affinity Scheme) by securing new business and expanding existing
accounts. Collaborate with other teams to support company objectives when
opportunities arise.
• Demonstrate strong support for company values and comply with organizational
standards. Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
• 5 years or more of experience in Sales or Marketing.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership ability.
• Service-minded, with the ability to handle both internal and external complaints
effectively.
• Experience in Marine & Logistics Insurance.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive learner, able to work under pressure.
• Fluency in written and spoken Thai, with working proficiency in English.
• Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook.
