This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for leading the company’s cash management, treasury operations, and related financial activities. This position provides oversight for daily cash flow, borrowing needs, and investment strategies and ensures accurate month-end close processes. The position also involves executing complex domestic and international cash transactions, foreign currency activities, expense accruals, interest calculations, and related reconciliations. In addition, the Senior Treasury Analyst acts as a key advisor on subsidiary banking needs, risk management, capital expenditure planning, stock administration, retirement plan matters, and foundation recordkeeping.
What You Will Do at Graco
Treasury Operations
- Lead and supervise daily cash management processes, ensuring accurate and timely cash positioning and transaction processing.
- Oversee and approve monthly treasury processes and ensure timely recording of all activities.
- Direct the capital expenditure plan and approval request process.
- Evaluate and define business requirements for new banking products and treasury technology upgrades; work in partnership with the IT function to finalize recommendations and implementation roadmap.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with bankers, insurance brokers, and other financial partners optimizing services and fees.
- Oversee foreign currency exchange contracts, hedging strategies, and related systems (FXall and Kyriba).
- Serve as primary backup for daily cash management activities and Treasury SOX compliance requirements.
- Manage short-term cash forecasts and subsidiary cash balances.
Risk & Insurance Management
- Support the annual insurance renewal process and manage ongoing insurance-related matters.
- Support risk management activities and compliance with government regulations, including KYC requests.
Stock Administration & Retirement Plans
- Oversee stock administration, shareholder requests and employee stock access.
- Support day-to-day matters relating to company retirement plans.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and coordinate information for audits, quarterly reviews, and annual tax filings.
- Monitor Treasury budgets, prepare expense variance analyses, and update policies and procedures for compliance.
- Gather and analyze data for Treasury SOX requirements and internal controls.
Other Responsibilities
- Provide primary support for day-to-day insurance
- Mentor junior Treasury staff.
- Lead initiatives to improve treasury processes.
- Support and coordinate subsidiary and departmental banking needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring to Graco
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury or financial analysis.
- Experience managing foreign currency, hedging, or treasury systems (FXall, Kyriba).
- Deep understanding of banking operations, cash management, and accounting principles.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger entries, Oracle Financials, and ERP systems.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to lead processes and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, withs strong ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Accelerators
- Master’s degree.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or similar designation.
- Letters of Credit experience.

The base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that the range provided is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
