Custodian
Location: Schilling Beer Co. – Littleton, NH
Starting Pay: $22.00/hour
Schilling Beer Company is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our campus. This position is essential to creating a welcoming environment for our guests and a clean workplace for our team.

As a Custodian, you will play a vital role in helping us uphold that standard.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday.
- 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
- Approximately 25 hours per week.
- Opportunity for full-time hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors throughout guest and retail spaces.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock guest and employee restrooms.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, windows, shelving, and other surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the brewery, restaurants, offices, and common areas.
- Restock paper products, soap, and other custodial supplies while monitoring inventory levels.
- Perform minor facility maintenance, such as changing light bulbs and reporting larger maintenance issues.
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning chemicals in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
- Secure designated areas of the facility, including locking doors as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not
- required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow directions and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling and commercial cleaning equipment is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, climb stairs, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
