Lead Generation & Research Specialist (Bullhorn)

And we’re looking for a Lead Generation & Research Specialist (Bullhorn) to start immediately!

 

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Bullhorn CRM Management: Updating company profiles, contacts, job postings, and organizational details. Ensuring data is clean, accurate, and organized for the recruiters.

• Lead Identification & Research: Researching insurance carriers, MGAs, and brokers to find new decision-makers and hiring contacts. Gathering their contact info and reporting structures.

• Open Position Tracking: Monitoring client/prospect websites and job boards for newly posted roles, then flagging them for recruiter outreach.

• Market Intelligence: Building target company lists, tracking hiring trends, and providing quick research summaries to support the business development team.

Required Tools

• Bullhorn CRM

• Vonage

 

Qualifications:

• Strong online research skills with the ability to quickly gather accurate information.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational habits.

• CRM experience (Bullhorn is preferred).

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.

• Interest in the insurance or recruiting industry is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Working Webcam

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: US work hours (40 hours per week, Full-time)

Location: 100% Remote

Salary Package: Up to ₱38K/month
