08/21/20262000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of AmericaThe Manager, Clinical Implementation will play an integral role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that drive our clinical transformation. This position will focus on supporting the execution of key initiatives that elevate our clinic interdisciplinary forums strategy and collaboration between key members of our dialysis care teams.
This role requires a critical thinker and operational leader who excels in both project management and stakeholder management, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups. The Manager will lead initiatives spanning multiple workstreams within DaVita Kidney Care and Integrated Kidney Care (IKC), ensuring clinical programs are thoughtfully designed and effectively executed. The Manager will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Lead, develop, and mentor a team of direct reports, providing continuous coaching, feedback, and career guidance. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture aligned with DaVita's Core Values.
- Project & Operations Management: Lead the end-to-end development and day-to-day operations of strategic initiatives, defining milestones, timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet critical deadlines to maintain long-term impact and efficiency.
- Strategic & Analytical Problem Solving: Drive strategic direction by executing complex analyses, establishing key performance metrics, and applying critical thinking to assess opportunities and evaluate the impact of meeting structures on organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Manage stakeholder relationships across diverse functions, building consensus and communicating effectively to ensure smooth implementation of best practices and provide regular leadership updates on project progress.
- Field Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Proactively engage field teammates using surveys and other feedback techniques to gather actionable insights, monitor program performance, pilot new clinical programs, and drive continuous enhancement in program execution and outcomes.
- Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex clinical data and analytical findings, presenting insights and actionable business recommendations in a clear format to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred
- Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience
- Strong analytical and presentation skills required
- Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change
