Digital Transformation Project Manager, Technology & AI Services (Ref: 750402WD), Nicosia Office

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Technology & AI Services team and play a key role in helping organisations drive digital, technology and operational transformation. Working with clients across both the Government and Private Sectors, you will support the design, planning and delivery of transformation initiatives that create measurable business value.

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and technical teams to identify improvement opportunities, shape transformation roadmaps, optimise business processes and successfully deliver complex change programmes.

Combining advisory and delivery responsibilities, you will help clients navigate transformation journeys from strategy through execution, leveraging PwC’s methodologies, tools and global best practices to achieve sustainable outcomes.

• Advise clients on digital transformation, business improvement and technology-enabled change initiatives.
• Assess current business and technology environments and identify opportunities for optimisation, digitisation and operational improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to understand business priorities, challenges and strategic objectives.
• Develop transformation strategies, target-state operating models, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Analyse and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, service quality and organisational performance.
• Support clients throughout transformation programmes by establishing governance structures, delivery frameworks and change management activities.
• Manage the successful delivery of digital transformation, technology and operational improvement projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, vendors and stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and performance metrics, ensuring effective mitigation and timely resolution.
• Manage project financials, resource utilisation and budget performance to support successful delivery outcomes.
• Prepare executive presentations, transformation roadmaps, reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure all deliverables meet PwC quality standards, governance requirements and client expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in digital transformation, technology consulting, business advisory, project management or a related professional services environment.
• Proven experience delivering digital transformation, technology-enabled change or business improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, process improvement initiatives and operating model enhancements.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, budgets and delivery teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, business leaders and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• PMP certification or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
• Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Cloud Technologies, ERP Platforms or Data & AI technologies will be considered an asset.
