For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 1 to 3 years years of experience as a Support Analyst
- Solid understanding of Salesforce standard objects and core platform functionality to support day-to-day user and system needs.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a consistent commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive service to internal and external clients.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation is a plus.
- Experience with data loading tools like Data Loader is a plus.
- English language skills at least a B2 level.
- Availability for a hybrid work model, 2 times a week in the Lisbon or Porto office (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).
