WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR DENTAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

You will work Monday through Thursday, with one Saturday shift per month. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for someone who enjoys a consistent schedule and values work-life balance within a supportive team.

As a Dental Office Receptionist, you will begin with a smile as you greet patients and create a welcoming environment from the moment they arrive. You will answer calls, schedule appointments with our doctors and hygienists, and verify insurance eligibility to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll process payments and coordinate the flow of patients throughout the office. Your tech-savvy skills will come into play as you assist with basic social media awareness, helping to keep our community engaged.
