Customer Services & Driver (Part-Time)

Our busy Wellington Airport location is looking for assistance with our operations. We are looking for what we call a Vehicle Return Agent to be our first point of contact to our customers!

• Permanent, Part-Time position available - working 20 hours per week

About the Role  

You, as our Vehicle Return Agent will be responsible for ensuring that rental vehicles are returned in a timely and orderly manner, greeting our customers upon their arrival at our rental location and assisting with the check-in of the renter’s vehicle.

You will also conduct vehicle inspections and prepare the vehicle for the next rental. From time to time, you may also be responsible for providing assistance with directions and travel information, and for resolving customer complaints and issues.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Help expedite the rental car return process with exceptional customer services to get customers on their way as quickly as possible.

• Assess vehicle for any potential new damages and report it as per our vehicle damage procedure.

• Review returned vehicle gas levels and car kilometers while accurately inputting them into our hand-held devices when needed.

What we are looking for:

• Full, clean, valid class 1 driver’s licence is essential for this role

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards. 

• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.

We work 7-days a week, Monday to Sunday for this position we are looking for someone who can work the following shift:

• Monday - 13.30 - 19.00

• Thursday - 13.30 - 19.00

• Friday - 13.30 - 19.00

• Sunday - 11.00 - 16.30
