- Review and manage various processes for the South American business (Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador)
- Invoice adjustments (Credit/Debit/Return)
- Update master data (Customer/Product)
- Sample requests
- Financial Documentation
- Customer complaints
- Audit support
- IT testing
- Act as a communication channel between the Customer Service function and the rest of the operation at Ingredion
- Make requests to other areas of the business to ensure the previous activities are completed correctly.
- Address urgent requests to prioritize work
- Generate reports and analyze information related to the position.
- Work together with local Customer Service areas to maintain process efficiency and quality.
- Recommend and support the implementation of organizational initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Participate in group problem-solving and team activities.
Qualified candidates will have:
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience working in a Customer Service area
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office required
- SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
Soft Skills and Attitude:
- Service Orientation: A customer-centric mindset and willingness to assist clients effectively.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and learn new processes.

Language Proficiency:
- Advanced or native-level proficiency in Portuguese is required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English desirable.
