I

  • Review and manage various processes for the South American business (Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador)
    • Invoice adjustments (Credit/Debit/Return)
    • Update master data (Customer/Product)
    • Sample requests
    • Financial Documentation
    • Customer complaints
    • Audit support
    • IT testing
  • Act as a communication channel between the Customer Service function and the rest of the operation at Ingredion
  • Make requests to other areas of the business to ensure the previous activities are completed correctly.
  • Address urgent requests to prioritize work
  • Generate reports and analyze information related to the position.
  • Work together with local Customer Service areas to maintain process efficiency and quality.
  • Recommend and support the implementation of organizational initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in group problem-solving and team activities.

Qualified candidates will have:

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, etc.).
  • Experience working in a Customer Service area

Technical Skills:

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office required
  • SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Service Orientation: A customer-centric mindset and willingness to assist clients effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and learn new processes.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Language Proficiency:

  • Advanced or native-level proficiency in Portuguese is required.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English desirable.
