A great opportunity for a Supply Chain Expert to gain visibility, influence key decisions and grow quickly in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and monitor raw material supply risks
• Quantify the potential impact of raw material shortages on customers
• Lead crisis task forces and mitigation plans
• Drive allocation and business continuity decisions
• Help with the execution and follow-up of the inventory allocations
• Assess supply impact and prioritize demand
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders globally
• Define and execute mitigation strategies
• Improve processes and crisis visibility

You bring:

• At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning, ideally with exposure to raw material risk or crisis management
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (planning, procurement, inventory and allocation)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making mindset
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align global and regional stakeholders
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Ability to anticipate risks and translate complex supply situations into clear business impact
• Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance existing processes
