Senior Business Analyst Consultant

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Time Management, Payroll, and Post-Payroll processes for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with new regulatory frameworks while enhancing operational efficiency.

Context:

The client operates within a large workforce, providing essential transport services. They are preparing to comply with the Belcotax 2.0 and eGov 3.0 initiatives, which aim to modernize data exchanges between employers and social security institutions. This transformation will significantly impact HR and payroll data management, requiring a thorough analysis and adaptation of existing processes.

Objectives of the Mission:

The consultant will be responsible for:

• Analyzing the current processes (AS IS) for Time, Payroll, and Post-Payroll.
• Identifying functional impacts related to eGov 3.0 and Belcotax 2.0.
• Translating regulatory requirements into concrete business impacts.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst will carry out the following responsibilities under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model:

• Analysis of Existing Processes: Analyze current time management and post-payroll processes both operationally and within SAP S/4HANA, documenting the AS-IS state and identifying complexities or risks.
• Identification of Impacts: Analyze the functional impacts of Belcotax and eGov 3.0, evaluating consequences on payroll processes and translating regulatory requirements into understandable business impacts.
• Facilitation of Workshops: Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge business needs, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Specification of Functional Needs: Formalize functional requirements and necessary adaptations, ensuring clarity for involved teams and coherence between business needs and proposed solutions.
• Coordination and Oversight: Coordinate between business and IT teams, tracking the progress of adaptations related to SAP S/4HANA while adhering to priorities and regulatory constraints.
• Testing and Supervision: Define testing strategies, execute pre-UAT, and oversee testing phases with relevant teams, validating that developments meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Change Management and Compliance: Support teams in understanding impacts and new practices, ensuring processes comply with social security institution requirements and contributing to production readiness.
