Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (uncapped OTE with accelerators)
Sector: Technology / Microsoft Solutions
Location: Remote (UK) with monthly meet‑ups in London

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating new business opportunities across warehouse, logistics, distribution and manufacturing sectors
- Running high‑quality discovery calls and digging deeper into operational challenges
- Building trust and strong relationships with senior stakeholders
- Working closely with sales, pre‑sales and technical teams to qualify opportunities
- Supporting the growth of a new business unit with huge potential
- Contributing to pipeline development and long‑term client relationships
