Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
Ensure inventory accuracy through stock monitoring, cycle counts, reconciliation, and proper documentation.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and other departments to support operational requirements and timely deliveries.
Lead, develop, and supervise warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, safety, and operational targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards (GMP/HACCP), and occupational health and safety regulations.
Monitor warehouse performance indicators, prepare reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and control costs.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, and FIFO/FEFO inventory management principles.
Hands-on experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP for inventory transactions, reporting, and warehouse operations.
Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, 5S, and occupational health & safety regulations applicable to the food manufacturing industry.
