How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be responsible for AIS project management after order handover, acting as the key interface among customers, sales, engineering, production, quality, supply chain, logistics, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
2. You will review contract requirements, technical and commercial scope, delivery terms, project milestones, payment terms, and special customer requirements, and translate them into executable project plans and internal actions.
3. You will plan, coordinate, monitor, and control AIS project execution, including engineering document submission, material readiness, production progress, inspection and FAT arrangement, shipment preparation, delivery follow-up, and project closure.
4. You will proactively identify project risks related to schedule, cost, quality, technical clarification, customer changes, logistics, and payment collection, and drive mitigation actions with relevant functions to protect project delivery and profitability.
5. You will maintain regular communication with internal and external customers, provide timely project status updates, manage customer expectations, coordinate customer visits and FAT activities, and support issue resolution during project execution.
6. You will support OR/SR forecast, revenue recognition, on-time delivery, cost control, claim prevention, payment collection, and other project performance targets in line with business requirements.
7. You will lead or participate in project review meetings, lessons learned sharing, process improvement activities, and cross-functional problem solving to continuously improve AIS project management efficiency and execution quality.
8. You will complete other tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

Your background
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, order execution, or customer project delivery.
3. Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to identify risks and drive problem resolution.
5. Good written and spoken English communication skills.
6. Experience in high-voltage electrical equipment, substation equipment, switchgear, or power transmission and distribution industries is preferred.
7. PMP certification or other project management qualifications are preferred.
