Job Responsibilities

• Performs data analytics and financial analysis in support of buy-side and sell-side transaction engagements.
• Prepares detailed analyses to help clients evaluate acquisition and divestiture decisions and financing requirements.
• Supports client meetings and site visits to gather information relevant to financial and deal analysis.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including tax, audit, and advisory specialists, to support integrated deal insights.
• Contributes to preparation of client-ready analytical outputs and engagement deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Major or minor in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or prior experience in analytics, finance, or consulting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Additional Role Expectations

• Travel: Required based on engagement needs.
• Peak Periods: Increased workload during active deal phases.
• Licensure Progress: Not applicable at this level.
• Scheduling: Flexibility to meet client and project timelines.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $69,800 - $132,000
