Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive – Waste & Wastewater Treatment to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting sustainable water and wastewater treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing technical and commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new potential customers to generate sales leads and grow the business. 
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions Understand customer needs and recommend suitable waste & wastewater treatment solutions and chemicals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer information in CRM.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor in Science / Eng, NDT in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering. 
• Minimum 02 to 5 years of experience in waste & wastewater treatment chemicals sales to industrial customers.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Sinhala & English.
• Ability to Travel to different customers
• Candidates with experience in sales of water treatment chemicals is an added advantage.
