What You'll Do

• Be the primary contact for customers throughout the service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate repair orders.
• Explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and associated costs.
• Communicate with technicians to provide updates and ensure quality repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and deliver an ownership experience.
• Review completed repairs with customers and ensure complete satisfaction before vehicle delivery.
• Help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer retention goals while maintaining accurate documentation.

What You'll Bring

• Must have 2+ years of prior Service Advisor experience required; BMW or luxury automotive experience.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Team player and accountability.
• CDK experience.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $7,500.00 - $11,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
