Product Marketing Manager

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

1.Support product strategy and roadmap planning through market, customer, and competitive insights.

2.Define and maintain product requirements, business cases, and value propositions for new product opportunities.

3.Prioritize customer needs and coordinate with R&D to translate requirements into product features and roadmap actions.

4.Develop product positioning, messaging, and differentiation for target market segments.

5.Create and maintain go-to-market materials, sales enablement content, and customer-facing collateral.

6.Support product launch planning and cross-functional execution with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Engineering.

7.Monitor product performance, business metrics, and customer feedback, proposing corrective actions where needed.

8.Drive customer engagement activities, including design-win support, customer visits, and industry events.

9.Maintain competitive intelligence and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, enhancements, or lifecycle actions.

10.Act as the bridge between customers, commercial teams, and development teams, ensuring alignment between market needs, product strategy, and execution.

11.Support forecast planning and volume ramp readiness across the supply chain

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

2.6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, or a related commercial role within the semiconductor industry.

3.Proven experience in market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer engagement.

4.Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market activities, and sales enablement initiatives.

5.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions.

6.Ability to work effectively across Product Lines, R&D, Sales, Operations, and Marketing organizations.

7.Strong analytical mindset and business acumen, with experience developing business cases and portfolio recommendations.

Nice to Have

1.Technical understanding of Intermediate Bus Converter (IBC)architectures and Voltage Regulator Modules (VRM).

2.Familiarity with power delivery architectures for AI datacenters, accelerators, GPUs, and high-performance computing platforms.

3.Understanding of power management semiconductors, power modules, and system-level power optimization.

4.Experience supporting strategic customers in cloud, AI infrastructure, or datacenter applications.

5.Exposure to product roadmap planning and lifecycle management in the power semiconductor industry.
