Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating with team members to design software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions are tailored effectively to meet organizational requirements, contributing to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software customization.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of configuration changes and customizations.
- Continuously monitor and improve software configuration processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models and schemas within Snowflake environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes related to Snowflake.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage data security within Snowflake.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and best practices for scalable data warehousing solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
