Specialist - Program Management- ANZ

Role Purpose As Specialist - Project Management at Accelya, you will manage projects end-to-end, leading workstreams, managing risks and issues and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to the required quality. Duties & Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives on time and within scope • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers and change logs, applying recognised project management methodologies • Use Jira AI or equivalent and Smartsheet AI or equivalent for intelligent project tracking, automated reporting and predictive schedule analytics • Proactively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and communicating status to senior stakeholders • Use generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent) for project plans, status reports, stakeholder communications and change request documentation • Lead project reviews and retrospectives, applying lessons learned to improve future delivery • Manage project budgets, tracking actuals against forecast and highlighting financial variances Required Experience & Skills • 3–5 years of project management experience with a track record of on-time delivery • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall PM methodologies • Experience with project management tooling and risk management • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 preferred Preferred Experience & Skills • Experience with AI-enhanced project management platforms (Jira AI or equivalent, Smartsheet AI or equivalent, Monday.com AI) for intelligent schedule tracking, automated risk identification and predictive milestone analytics • Use of generative AI (Claude, ChatGPT or equivalent, Copilot) for project plans, status reports, change requests and executive stakeholder communications • Knowledge of airline software implementation project dynamics and the delivery challenges typical of airline technology projects • Familiarity with how leading providers including key players in the competitive airline technology market structure their project management for airline software delivery What do we offer? • An open culture with a creative and challenging opportunity to satisfy your intellectual needs • Flexible working hours • Smart working: a hybrid remote/office working environment • Work-life balance • An excellent, dynamic and multicultural environment to work in About Accelya Accelya is a leading global software provider to the airline industry, powering over 200 airlines with an open, modular software platform.
