- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration (MBA)
- Professional Engineer (PRC Licensed Engineer or equivalent)
- Primavera P6 Certification or demonstrated advanced proficiency
- Minimum 12–15 years of engineering/project management experience.
- At least 8 years in project planning and controls
- Experience in dam, hydropower, pumped storage, water resources or major infrastructure projects
- Experience using Primavera P6 in large-scale projects
- Experience preparing executive reports and project dashboards
