Your role Key responsibilities in your new role MES Sustainment: Ensure availability, performance, and configuration of Camstar MES and model new/existing products for efficient manufacturing flow User Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and hands-on support for work order issues in WIP and end user questions related to MES and production workflows LMS Management: Administer SuccessFactors LMS including configuration, course updates, certification tracking, and new employee orientation content focused on safety and quality Production Control: Assist in issuing production documentation, optimize weekly work order schedules to minimize late starts, and monitor WIP against milestones and ship dates Continuous Improvement: Identify system and process optimization opportunities across MES, LMS, and production reporting and lead implementation efforts to improve usability and integration Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and IT to gather requirements, communicate slippages, and contribute to special projects that align systems with corporate objectives Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Recent Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Supply Chain, or related discipline Experience: Internship or relevant experience in manufacturing, MES administration, or production control environments Technical Tools: Familiarity with Camstar, SuccessFactors, SAP, Tableau, Excel, and Adobe Captivate preferred Process Knowledge: Understanding of factory process steps, WIP control, and ability to identify process gaps and root causes Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for writing procedures, status updates, and cross-functional communications Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and ability to work with operators and managers to drive improvements Additional information Infineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
