The Global Graduate Programme – A Fast-Track to Leadership

The Sibelco Global Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the careers of promising individuals. It is a two-year rotational programme consisting of two one-year assignments in key operational and commercial roles. The programme provides hands-on experience with real business projects, ensuring early responsibility and exposure to strategic decision-making.

Participants are offered a permanent contract from the start, ensuring long-term career prospects within Sibelco. As part of this programme, we are recruiting a Graduate in Cluster Strategy Development for a one-year assignment focused on shaping the future of the Ransbach Cluster.

In addition, graduates must be open to spending their second year in a different cluster outside of their initial region to gain broader international or regional exposure.

Your Impact in This Role:

This assignment focuses on developing a comprehensive business strategy for the Ransbach Cluster.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market and customer analysis to identify sustainable growth opportunities
• Analyzing product portfolio performance, including margins, BOM, and cost optimization
• Supporting quarry footprint strategy (which sites to expand, maintain, or divest)
• Collaborating with commercial, operational, and geological teams
• Managing project timelines and coordinating stakeholders
• Translating complex data into actionable strategic recommendations

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in engineering, geology, mining, business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to structure complex topics and derive clear insights
• Interest in operations, strategy, and industrial environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Driving license required
