NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, with a focus on .NET technologies.

• Drive platform mindset through operational excellence, resilience, and cost efficiency.

• Champion proactive monitoring, observability, and reliability practices including SLOs, autoscaling, and post-mortems.

• Promote cross-team collaboration and developer experience through strategic platform adoption and feedback loops.

• Embed FinOps practices and drive cost optimisation through data-driven decisions.

• Advocate for future-proof architecture including event-driven and composable design.

• Ensure safety and security by fostering a DevSecOps culture and integrating Zero Trust principles.

• Apply NAB architecture design standards and contribute to reusable, consistent technology solutions.

• Lead technical writing efforts that translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.

• Manage requirements effectively, balancing business needs with technical feasibility and iterative delivery.

• Apply systems thinking to anticipate downstream impacts and interdependencies across domains.

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading .NET teams in enterprise environments.

• Strong technical background in software development, cloud technologies, and modern architecture patterns.

• Demonstrated capability in platform reliability, cost optimisation, and security-first design.

• Experience with architectural frameworks and technical documentation standards.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
