Application Support Engineer

Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves investigating and resolving complex issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation of software applications to support business continuity. Collaboration with different teams to understand system behaviors and implement effective solutions is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents promptly. - Mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. - Develop and maintain documentation related to support processes and system configurations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Azure OpenAI Service. - Strong understanding of cloud-based AI service deployment and management. - Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting AI-driven applications in production environments. - Familiarity with integration of AI services into enterprise software solutions. - Ability to analyze logs and telemetry data to identify root causes of issues. - Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline support tasks and incident response. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Azure OpenAI Service. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
