Green Bay Country Club is seeking energetic, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Server Assistant. This position plays a key role in supporting our Food & Beverage team by ensuring our dining areas remain clean, organized, and ready to provide outstanding service to members and guests.
Whether you're assisting servers, delivering food and beverages, resetting tables, or supporting special events, you'll help create a welcoming experience in one of Green Bay's premier private club environments.

What You'll Do
• Clear and reset tables promptly after members and guests leave
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and surrounding spaces
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to support efficient service
• Assist with setup and breakdown of Club events and dining functions
• Provide attentive and professional service to members and guests
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment.
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments, depending on the location.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Navigate through crowded areas safely, including stairs and uneven surfaces.
