- Build strong relationships across the Group, influencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders to drive accountability and successful delivery of strategic priorities.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Significant senior-level experience in strategy execution, business transformation, programme leadership or operational improvement within a large or complex organisation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transformation programmes and delivering measurable organisational change.
- Experience working closely with CEOs, Boards and executive leadership teams, providing strategic advice and influencing senior-level decision-making.
- Experience establishing or leading a Transformation Office, Programme Management Office (PMO) or equivalent strategic function.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent programme and portfolio management capabilities, with experience overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organisational design, operating models, governance and business performance improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively at executive level.
- Highly analytical and financially literate, with the ability to evaluate business cases, assess return on investment and demonstrate transformation benefits.
- Experience preparing Board-level reports, executive presentations and strategic business cases.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience. An MBA, relevant postgraduate qualification or professional accreditation in programme, project or change management would be advantageous.
