Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to organize and coordinate workload.
- Effective in the planning, prioritization, and timely execution of work.
- Demonstrates proficiency in fleet software systems.
- Manage day-to-day fuel program: systems, bulk fuel, fuel cards, and costs.
- Manage IFTA, state fuel taxes reporting, and tax credits.
- Manage day-to-day functions with telematics and GPS system.
- Responsible for invoice approvals to accurately capture equipment costs, and job costs.
- Ensure your availability to respond to Storm or Emergency work that my occur from time to time for support of company needs.
- Effectively work in a team environment, with internal operating groups and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills, detailed oriented, and considerable experience with Microsoft Excel is critical to this role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with vendors.
Requirements:
- Associates degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in fleet compliance, construction environment or a related role.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, decision making, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, email, and telephone skills.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
