Our multinational team - currently situated in fifteen locations in Europe and Asia - belongs to the best performing sales organizations of our multinational and local clients. Tasks
Your Business and Area of Responsibility
Our customers are local and multinational manufacturers of Adhesives, Composites, Coatings, Resins & Binders, Polymers, Polyurethanes, Rubber, etc.
You support our field sales in France and the DACH region (AT, DE, CH) with system entries, Master Data and operational tasks.
You act as a reliable contact for industrial customers, supporting sales activities; internally you collaborate with our Product Managers and Field Sales.
You prepare offers and follow up in coordination with field sales.
You process incoming orders and report/implement negotiation results into our CRM system.
You handle post-sales activities, including interaction with logistics and professional communication with customers to address changes, delays, overdue payments, and other logistical challenges.
You conduct market research via phone and email to gather insights and opportunities.
You follow up our product sample process.
You handle occasional claims and complaints professionally.
Requirements
Your Profile & Talents

You are a „SALES personality“ with a service-oriented attitude.
You have 3+ years of experience within a B2B sales organization, working with all levels of stakeholders, preferably within a wholesale company.
You have a university degree (Bachelor’s) or a completed Matura combined with relevant professional experience.
You have excellent communication skills and are business fluent in French, German and English.
You bring strong analytical skills.
You have a high degree of resilience and organizational skills.
You have an accurate work style and a hands-on personality.
You are a team player, eager to learn and are interested in understanding processes and connections.
You have profound experience with CRM-/ERP-systems.
You have good MS Office skills.
Benefits
Our Offer
The minimum annual gross salary for this position is €35,126 on a full-time basis, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (KV Handel), plus an additional bonus. A market-competitive salary above the collectively agreed minimum will, of course, be offered depending on qualifications and experience.
Additional benefits such as a meal allowance (EUR 8 per office day), public transport pass, and participation in company events.
