Head of Operations

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Operations to join an established civil engineering subcontractor, with a clear pathway to a Director-level position.

The Role

The Head of Operations will oversee day-to-day operational performance, lead teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably. The role will involve driving operational improvements, developing processes and working closely with senior management to support business growth, with the opportunity to progress into a Director role.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a senior operational role within civil engineering or a related construction environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial awareness and experience managing project performance.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive approach with the ambition to progress into a Director-level position.
