We are seeking a dedicated Medical Officer to join our team at the Rajahmundry NTR Sanjeevani Free Mobile Clinic. The Medical Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Mobile Clinic, overseeing, processing, storage, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medicine, with specific expertise in hematology and transfusion medicine.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
2. Provide medical guidance and support to the Sanjeevani Clinic team, including technicians and nurses.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Clinic inventory.
4. Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits and proficiency testing.
5. Provide education and training to staff on Clinic procedures, safety protocols, and relevant medical topics.
6. Stay informed about developments in the field of medicine and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Clinics.

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
2. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of blood centre principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
5. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards governing blood centre operations.
