Description
### Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for semiconductor equipment and subsystems.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex hardware and system issues.
- Support onsite tool retrofit, installation, upgrades, and NPI activities.
- Serve as the key interface between customers, field teams, and engineering.
- Drive issue resolution, system performance improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of semiconductor equipment, field service, or technical support experience.
- Strong hands-on hardware troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working directly with customers and delivering technical presentations.
- Experience with tool retrofit, upgrades, or NPI is preferred.
- SRP or Etch experience is a plus.
- Strong ownership and communication skills.
