Midera Food Processing is seeking a Field Automation Engineer to support our RapidVisionPak division. This is a hands-on role for a highly technical professional who combines strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills with excellent customer communication.
What You'll Do
· Troubleshoot automated packaging and processing equipment
· Work with Allen-Bradley PLC systems
· Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls issues
· Perform startups, commissioning, and equipment validation
· Train customer personnel and provide technical support
· Serve as the primary technical representative at customer sites

Requirements
What We're Looking For
· Allen-Bradley PLC experience
· Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
· Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
· Critical thinker who enjoys solving problems independently
· Comfortable working directly with customers
· Willingness to travel 50-60%, including frequent weekend travel
