Main tasks:

• Define and drive the enterprise platform strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the target operating model
• Lead business ownership of SAP S/4HANA and other strategic enterprise platforms throughout transformation and implementation
• Translate business priorities, process requirements and data needs into clear platform objectives and solution requirements
• Drive process standardization, simplification and the reduction of unnecessary customizations and legacy complexity
• Align business units, functional teams, process owners, data specialists and IT around enterprise-wide platform decisions
• Ensure business readiness, change adoption and measurable value realization from platform investments
• Manage dependencies between platform roadmaps, transformation initiatives and evolving business requirements
• Lead and develop the enterprise platforms team while coordinating internal stakeholders, implementation partners and transformation teams
• Support scalable enterprise solutions that accommodate organizational growth and future business changes

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Extensive experience leading enterprise platform strategies, ERP transformations or global business transformation programmes
• Proven track record in large-scale, business-led ERP implementations; SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes, data structures, operating models and business-technology alignment
• Experience driving cross-functional change initiatives and translating strategic objectives into operational outcomes
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and drive enterprise-wide decisions
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives
• Proven ability to lead through influence across complex organizations, even without direct reporting authority
• Experience in team leadership and coordinating global transformation partners
