• Conduct process observations and data reviews to identify root causes, reduce variation, and improve manufacturing reliability.

• Prepare executive-level summaries, visual dashboards, and updates for operations reviews and leadership forums.

• Build capability across the organization by training teams on Lean, problem-solving, and continuous improvement methods.

• Evaluate ROI for improvement opportunities, validate results, and replicate best practices across products, processes, and programs.

• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies; minimum 5 years of applied CI experience.

• Experience identifying root cause, driving corrective actions, and applying structured problem-solving tools.

• Ability to analyze data, apply statistical concepts, and use quality and manufacturing metrics to define improvement opportunities.

•  Experience interpreting engineering drawings, work instructions, bills of materials (BOMs), consumable materials controls, and tool control requirements.

•  Understanding of ERP/MRP and shop-floor systems such as SAP/PRISM, CMES, or similar.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, customers, and internal/external partners.

•  Ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams to adopt continuous improvement practices.

• Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading or supporting multi-disciplinary initiatives.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to create clear presentations, brief leadership, and work effectively across organizational levels.

• Self motivated, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal oversight.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications
