Your mission
Counsel, forewarn and safeguard Group assets and operating activities within his scope of responibility : - Counsel and assist contacts within the sector in relation to common legal questions arising - Study the propositions and objectives within the scope of activity and provide the most appropriate legal solutions for the problems posed - Write, negociate and monitor the agreements relative to his scope of activity. Serve on committees related to the Group's activities - Certify legal feasibility of operations submitted : compliance with laws and regulations, with general policy and BU/Group/Department strategic orientations - Conribute to the management of out-of-court and legal disputes - Contribute to setting key performance indicators - Disseminate a culture of legal literacy throughout the Group and provide awareness raising activities for employees - Participate in cross-functional Legal Affairs Department pursuits and in legal monitoring to protect the Group's interestsWho you are ?

- Vous maitrisez le Pack Office
- Vous parlez et rédigez en anglais
- Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux, dynamique et organisé
- Vous êtes doté d'un bon relationnel et faites preuve de proactivité ; vous savez travailler en équipe
