Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Working Location: Islandwide (Office located near City Hall MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm), Saturday depending on project needs
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Draft and manage contractual correspondence, ensuring claims notifications are submitted promptly in line with contractual timelines.
Prepare and submit progress payment claims on schedule, monitor certification status, and follow up to secure timely payments.
Compile and finalize project accounts, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and optimized for full entitlement.
Issue work orders to subcontractors, process monthly progress payments, and manage the settlement of subcontractors’ final accounts.
Verify and measure completed works accurately to ensure proper valuation and compliance with contract provisions.
Monitor claims submissions to ensure timely notification and detailed supporting documentation in accordance with contract requirements.

Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in LTA-related projects.
Familiarity with foundation works is preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage documentation accurately.
Willing to travel islandwide as required.
