Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial, sales, and procurement related contracts (i.e., terms and conditions of sale and purchase, non-disclosure agreements, framework, and quality agreements, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of contract versions, approvals, and execution status.
- Provide guidance to business teams on contract interpretation and obligations.
- Support process improvements in contract management and negotiation workflows.
- Assist in developing contract templates, playbooks, and best practices for contract drafting and negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree inLaw, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in contract negotiation, preferably with in house experience.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with good business acumen, commercial sense
- Meticulous, dedicated and self-motivated
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, global and team-oriented environment while working independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs and legal risk.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Ability to interact effectively with multiple levels within an organization and across various jurisdictions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient in reading, writing and speaking English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Office, experience with contract management systems is an advantage.
