Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Patient tray preparation, food preparation, and serving meals.
- Putting away inventory, managing stock rotation, dishwashing, sanitation, and general kitchen clean-up.
- Responsible for the preparation of menu items, assisting in the development of menu items, maintaining a safe and clean environment and being attentive to patient needs.
Education, Competencies and Credentials:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of culinary training preferred
- Dietary Healthcare background is a plus.
- Hospitality training and/or Culinary Arts training are preferred.
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift 50 LBS.
- The ideal individual will have excellent communication skills, be energetic and team oriented with ability to multi-task.
Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends
