Job Summary
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the work of a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and within set timeline.
Monitoring and optimising warehouse workflows and processes to drive productivity and operational excellence
Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Providing regular reporting and performance updates to senior management
Fostering a positive, co-operative and safety-focused work culture
Assisting with the training and development of warehouse staff
What we're looking for
Experience in a warehouse or logistics operations supervisory role
Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a logistics environment
A co-operative and adaptable relationship builder with a focus on continuous improvement
