Overview
As a Daytime Customer Service Team Member at Crew Carwash, you'll work Monday-Friday daytime hours (7AM-4PM) providing exceptional customer service, advising and loading customers, and maintaining industry-leading quality standards. The role involves helping maintain a park-like environment both inside and outside the facility. You'll need to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours daily), have physical mobility for various tasks, and work in all weather conditions. The position offers $15-16 per hour plus incentive pay, daily pay options, flexible scheduling, industry-leading training, and tuition reimbursement. Full-time positions include paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and 401k matching. No prior experience required with minimum 20 hours/week for part-time and 30 hours/week for full-time availability.
